We ship all goods after full receipt of the payments.
Where can we deliver the package to?
We can ship to most countries Europe.
What are the shipping times?
It takes around 24 to 48 hours for the order to get processed. After your order has been processed, it takes around 1 to 2 business days for the item to be delivered. There can be delays beyond our control such as stock breaks, strikes etc.
What is the shipping cost?
We charge a flat-rate shipping fee of € 7,50 per order.
For orders >€100, shipping is free of charge.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We offer a 7 day 100% satisfaction Guarantee on all of our products;
Should for any reason within 7 days of receipt you do not want the product or products purchased from Dr Show Europe - Shenoah Ranch bv you may return the product to us for a full refund of the product purchase price only (freight excluded).
Should the product be delivered damaged or not the exact product that you ordered, please contact our office by phone or email so we may arrange a replacement or refund within 48 hours. We may require the product to be returned so we may claim insurance for the damage which will be at our expense.
Missing Items: Should you receive your order and there are items missing please contact us immediately and supply images of the packaging and items received. Claims after 48 hours will not be accepted.
Performance Guarantee: Should the product not perform as described in our product outlines we will refund the product purchase price once the product is returned to our office.
